When the first bag of flour left Berte Qvarn in Slöinge, Halland, in 1569, it was the ability to harness the energy of
the Suseån river that made it possible to begin refining the high-quality grains cultivated in the region.
With a love for heritage and genuine care for quality and the environment, we operate one of Europe's most modern mills.
